Creative Touch Designs

Embroidery Designs selected from the Design Library require a one-time design charge if they are not one of our 20000 Stock Designs (please email or call us for more information) . If you do not have a specific logo for your business, team, or organization, please use a design from our extensive library of stock designs. This is an affordable alternative to custom work, because you do not have to pay for the digitizing of your original design.

To have your own logo or artwork digitized, you will incur an origination charge based upon the number of stitches in the design. This charge is $10 per 1,000 stitches with a minimum of $40.00 (the average breast pocket logo has around 8,000 stitches) see Digitizing Pricing.
This is a one-time charge - we will keep your design on file for future orders.

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit due upon approval of proposal, and the remainder on delivery.

If you take advantage of our stock embroidery designs, and order more than 12 pieces, there is no set up charge. We have over 20,000 designs ready to go - just add your personal touch! If under 12 pieces there will be a $15.00 set up charge.

When sending in art, please email the highest quality DPI .JPG, .AI, .EPS, .CDR. If you only have a word document, or .PDF we can work with that as well.

Shipping

Shipping Fees are based on weight and zip code. We use UPS rates, and then add $6.25 for handling. Please indicate to us whether we are shipping to a business or a residence.
